The master shower remodel far exceeded our expectations. Creative ideas from Michael Short and other Blue Ribbon staff helped us solve numerous problems, and we ended up with the shower of our dreams. The men who completed the tile work were very precise and creative. It was fun to work with them on the custom design of the granite and tile design. The results were terrific and today we are enjoying our roomy, new tile shower every day!
In our kitchen, we had new granite countertops installed, along with a new backsplash that goes all the way up to the cabinets. Again, the craftsmen took great pride in a precision installation, and accommodated our wishes for 2 special inset tiles in the countertop. The results are stunning. On the backsplash, we appreciated working with them to achieve a custom design that was both practical and attractive.
As our estimator and central coordinator, working with Michael Short was fantastic. Michael worked hard to get all the experts lined-up and to keep the work moving forward. He was our advocate. He went above and beyond to help keep our house clean, including double-tarping areas to prevent dust intrusion during some very gritty sanding work on the granite. When there were minor problems during our remodel, we knew we could go to Michael and get a speedy resolution. He took the initiative to proactively communicate with us on all aspects of the job, so we were never left in the dark to wonder about what was going to happen next. We could count on Michael to return all calls and emails. We would be pleased to work with him again on future projects, and would heartily recommend him to others.
